Program description
Beauty x Alexandra offers a text messaging program to keep you informed about your appointments. When you opt in, we send recurring automated text messages for appointment reminders, booking confirmations, schedule changes, and account sign-in. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
How to opt in
You opt in by adding your mobile number and turning on text reminders when you create your account or in your account settings. Providing consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase — you can use email instead.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by turning off text reminders in your account settings. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To resume, reply START or re-enable reminders in your account.

Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies based on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
