SMS Opt-In
Beauty x Alexandra sends transactional text messages about your appointments. Opting in is optional and separate from agreeing to our Terms or Privacy Policy. Here is exactly how a customer consents.
How customers opt in
On the public sign-up page (or later, in Account → Profile), the customer enters their mobile number and turns on the toggle shown below. The toggle is off by default — the customer must turn it on themselves to consent. No message is ever sent unless the customer opts in.
By turning this on, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages(appointment reminders, booking confirmations, schedule changes, and sign-in codes) from Beauty x Alexandra at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of booking or any purchase. Message & data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
What customers receive
Recurring automated SMS text messages for appointment reminders, booking confirmations, schedule changes, and sign-in codes. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
